Hey everyone, Welcome to 2021 Seems like 2020 was the year we'd all like to forget.. Well for me anyways,, in 2021 we are going to crush it. Everyone's stuck at home.. business has to carry on as per usual. Here's the thing. Everyone's online.. Online is very new to most people, apart dabbling in social media in it's different forms. Now they are here to try to do what we are now doing 100% naturally. What comes normal to us now is completely foreign to all those people shut out of their jobs. They need our help. This is the opportunity for us who know this stuff backwards and inside out. Think about it. 2021 is going to need people exactly like us. Who know how the internet works and how to extract business out of it, more than ever before. I'll never forget about 4 years ago, and old friend from my past (25 years ago or more) came up to visit. He's a blue collar worker, family guy. Great guy. He see's where we live, which means he knows we've done pretty well for ourselves, http://liveranksniper.com/images/PetesPlace.jpeg I took this photo pretty much in the darkness to test my new phone camera, the Samsung S10 at the time. Turned out great. I showed him our operation. I built offices on the first floor of this 3 story house. This property has a road from the front around to the back so our staff can come and go as they please without the family even knowing. He looked at my desk, had a strange expression on his face and said. So you sit here at this desk, (computer) And you've built all this from this computer. There was such a disjoint in his perspective to reality. All he could see was that I literally sat at a computer and tons of money came out of it. Like I just sit here and money comes out. His mind couldn't comprehend what's actually happening. Reality is, I sit here connected to literally 100's of thousands of people, I provide software and services that truly help them, and help them help other people. A better picture for him to grasp would be me sitting in the center of a huge football stadium, where I'm connected to each of these people, and more importantly each of those people in the grandstand have the same wants and needs from the internet as the products and services that I provide. Point being, I've been doing this so long that I forgot what it's like to not have any understanding of working on the net and all the opportunities. I guess a lot of you guys are the same. There are literally millions of people who've just been forced online due to no fault of their own and many will be like my friend from 4 years ago. We can help these people. Baby steps.. use very basic language and speak clearly using non tech terms. Lots of this stuff is easy to pick up, if taught in a fashion that's easy to understand. Ditto business's are now forced to finally get online. Of course they need our help more than ever now. Competition will be greater than ever for local business's now they've lost their walk through traffic. They need our help. Basic case study. So I've purchased a race car since I found out my daughter believe it or not is into old cars, I told her about my previous racing experience and her eyes lit up. long story short I bought a race car, to build up over the next couple of years. So I need a Dyno Tune, used google and found a decent biz.. but I looked at their website. (ok I'm going to find it so you can see what I'm talking about.) I searched for Dyno Tune Near Me. He's No1 in GMB 3pack, so that's cool. Click through to the website and I see this monstrosity LOL http://www.pits.net.au/ even worse on mobile. So there's massive opportunity. I'll pay the $500 for the dyno tune, I'm not that short on money, but then I'll talk to him about the net and his website. I'll end up with some sort of sponsorship deal, or free tuning moving forward as we improve the engine in the race car, any additions we do to the motor requires a new Tune etc. Main thing is by creating an awesome website, generating more No1 positions in GMB for more terms. I'll establish a relationship with this business and swap my net skills for his engineering skills. If I didn't have a race car that needed his help. I'd pitch him a monthly recurring on web dev and traffic. Look for business's like this that require our help. Stuff that's simple for us. e.g. make a website that converts 1000 times better than what they've got is peanuts to us.. If they think about doing it themselves, their brains will melt and they forget about it. Moving on to Pete and 2021. The last quarter of last year we developed an exciting new software. We know what works and doesn't, milking out the things that don't work, improving those things/features that do. Listening to feedback.. "Thank you" for that. So the idea for the new software based on the above had a LOT of moving parts, took me a bit to figure out how to get all those moving parts into one coherent system/strategy. After lots of writing, and mainly sitting and thinking and discussing, we came up with it. I drafted the specification, sat on it. Re wrote it a couple of times, then handed it over to the team.. Boom! in 1 week I had a working alpha version. I didn't even use it, My team fired it up and got immediate results.. Then I knew we were on a Winner, I'm the pro at testing, it's what I'm great at. But if it's working without me, then I know it's going to crush it when I use it then recommend some improvements. What does this thing do? What does it achieve? So we wanted to go all out, and hit competitive niches. We did exactly this in: YouTube Google My Business Listings Google Organic. While at the same time, creating and ranking YouTube Carousels top of Page 1 Google All from setting up just one simple project in my software. Basically the same project setup as in my other software's. We get the powerful rankings, via 1. Strategy. 2. Vast link networks, think Google Indexer with Nitros Linking. Strategies we haven't used before but seen a lot of, but improved at lot more than anyone else is doing. Plus working with the new BERT Google Algo, which just adores what we are doing now. This yet to be named software needs case studies. That's where you guys come in. I'll be doing a video about this next week. In this video I'll be putting an offer out there. I need 4 people. These 4 people will get a LifeTime Version of this software. In return for providing case studies X 2 using it on 2 different entities. To reach as many people as possible, to enter to get this software on the house For EVER. You'll need to do a couple of simple things 1. Like the video. 2. Share the Video. 3. Comment on the video. 4. Come up with a name for it. The people who put the most enthusiasm into this application. e.g. effort has the best chance of getting this yet to be named software. Think of it as an interview, put very little in, very little chance of getting the job. Put yourself out there and put a lot of effort into it. much higher likelihood of standing out and getting the attention relative to the effort you put in. Video replies would be cool, graphics would be cool. Hire a fiverr person to make something awesome. So keep an eye out next week for the email with a link to the video about this new software. Simply put, 1. Start forthcoming software. 2. Add content. 3. Press the GO Button. 4. Software does all the work. 5. Your content is mashed together in ways that force it to rank in: YouTube Search Google My Business Listings Google Organic. Also creates YouTube Carousels on First Page Google Pretty smick huh. 2021 is the antidote to 2020. Things are looking great for all of us in the upcoming year guys.
